Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Vermel purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full. You do not need to ship the tub back.
To request a refund, email feroakdemir@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what did not work for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If an approved refund has not arrived after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will trace it.
