Shipping Policy
Every tub of Vermel is produced and shipped from our fulfillment partner's facility in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are produced and packed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.
Shipping time
US orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email feroakdemir@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not moved for 7 or more days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right, with a replacement or a refund.
